Intro to Conflict Resolution Skills

Conflict is a daily part of living; however, most of us have never been trained on how to deal with conflict effectively. Our "Introduction to Conflict Resolution Skills Class" will give you an overview of conflict and why it is so hard. We will offer you some basic skills to start managing the conflicts in your work and personal lives. This one-hour class is presented live via Zoom every second Wednesday of the month from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your class or workshop, please contact us 7 calendar days before your scheduled event. A full refund will be provided if canceled any time up to 7 days before the event.
