​The Center for Conflict Resolution and Leadership (CCRL) is a dynamic place to resolve conflicts and to learn the important life and business skills of conflict resolution and leadership.

We work with corporations, small businesses, non-profit organizations, clergy and faith-based organizations, schools, governmental agencies and individuals, couples and families.
Elizabeth Link is the CEO and founder of the Center for Conflict Resolution and Leadership. She is an Attorney, Mediator, Arbitrator, Law School Professor and a Certified Conflict Coach. At the CCRL, she also teaches Conflict Resolution Skills, Leadership Skills, Negotiation Skills, Team Building, Board of Directors Skills and she is a Retreat Facilitator.
As a Mediator and Arbitrator she specializes in complex commercial, business, employment, real estate, divorce, family law, and personal injury disputes, practicing throughout the United States and internationally.
She is an Adjunct Law Professor at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and at the UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where she teaches classes on Negotiation, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and she was a litigation and trial attorney before becoming a mediator, arbitrator and conflict coach.
