Conflict is a daily part of living; however, most of us have never been trained on how to deal with conflict effectively. Our Conflict Resolution Skills Workshop will help you will dive into the root causes of the conflict in your life and will teach you how to approach conflict in a new effective way with expert conflict resolution skills. Conflict Resolution Skills Workshop topics include: - An overview of conflict and why it’s so difficult - Expert tips on how to deal with conflict - The Anatomy of Conflict - Determining your conflict style - Raising your “CQ” or Conflict Quotient - Effectively using Conflict Resolution Skills Learning about conflict resolution skills can ease the stress of your daily life and help you improve your personal and work relationships. Imagine a world where everyone knows how to effectively manage conflict – it can all start with you! Workshop times: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. These workshops will be held on every fourth Friday of the month. See the 2022 dates listed below. You may attend in-person at our Lexington, KY offices or via Zoom. Please note that this workshop can be customized and presented in-house for your company or organization, either in-person or via Zoom.
